We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 7-day, hassle-free return policy.

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked delivered to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility
 

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Only applicable to purchases made through https://www.ismailidiamonds.com

• Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect

3. Free Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid shipping label — you pay nothing to return an item.
To start a return, email us at ismailifancycolor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• We will notify you by email

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately with a description and photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
